We charge a non-refundable deposit for creating the tour in the amount of 300 Euro.
In case the tour is confirmed the deposit counts towards the total amount.
In case the tour is cancelled or not confirmed the deposit is not refundable.
After the deposit is paid, we can change any parts of the tour the client prefers in order to create the tour exactly as client imagined.

If the tour is accepted, further payment is made in accordance with the regulations, i.e. according to the following payment dynamics:

• 10% of contracted services MINUS deposit ( 300 euro ) - when confirming the reservation
• 30% of the contracted services of the total amount -60 days before arrival
• 30% of contracted services of the total amount - 30 days before arrival
• 30% of contracted services - 10 days before arrival.

By confirming this offer in writing, the Service User undertakes to cover all the costs of the ordered services according to this offer, as well as all possible additional costs incurred during the contracted events according to the order of the Service User, for which we require a payment guarantee in the form of an authorized credit card.
